LIVE LIFE WITH JOY!
Aways live life with with joy and happiness, not sadness other wise you will live your life being sad and if you do that you will miss out on all the fun stuff going on around you.
Have you ever had a slice of cinnamon toast with butter and brown sugar? It's the cat's meow of snacks. My mom told me that when she used to live in Nanoose Bay B.C., she would go swimming near her grandpa's place on a quiet little lava rock beach across from Rathtrevor Beach (look it up!!) The water after dinner time was warm coming in with the tide over the rocks that had heated up during the day. She would even just wear her jean shorts and a t-shirt...no bathing suit required. She'd swim and hang out with her family, then they would walk back up to the house and make tea and cinnamon toast! Wow what a warm up that would be. Nowadays, I don't know anyone who eats cinnamon toast, but it is one of our favorite treats to end summer days. (When there is NO SCHOOL yeah for summer holidays). It's a fun one to hang on to. I will make that for myself when I am grown up just for treats and wonderful summer days after swimming in the ocean.
(This is my brother and my cuz Dedic....back a year ago before Bash had size 14 feet and stood taller then my dad!! Too much cinnamon toast!!)
Cartwheels are fun, and especially, I practice trying to point my feet and keep my legs straight. It's harder then it looks, and especially tough for me as I have very long legs to keep straight!! Gravity works!

Why are cartwheels fun for girls? I don't even care...they are just fun for me. I will do them in a parking lot, on the sidewalk, any patch of grass, in a neighbours yard, waiting for my Saturday treat, and basically just in any random open surface!! Wash your hands! My mom tells me after I have cartwheeled alongside the sidewalk on the way to the library. I will, but not yet!! More cartwheels to do still! They are just plain fun. I hope I don't forget them when I grow up.
My mom says never to forget the things you love the most as children. They are the special gifts we give ourselves to remember that life is a joy, and not just work and drama. Freedom is the key to living well, cartwheels = freedom.
(This is my sister Thana, who has always thought she was a horse. She used to practice playing horse so much she wore out the knees of every pair of pants!! I've tried that too, but cartwheels are easier on the knees! Thana never forgets what makes her happy, and what keeps her laughing. I love being around Thana she makes me laugh so much!)
