Mushrooms are the definition of magical. they truly have this wonder about them. The way they can grow on nearly anything is quite otherworldly, and because of these abnormal qualities , my passion, appreciation and love for mushrooms has grown wildly this past year. The fact that before trees, giant mushrooms used to cover this earth at 8meters tall. Most amazingly, how interesting they are., one thing I love about them is their multi-use. How they can be used for medicinal purposes, but at the same time we can eat them like a treat, or how animals know about them, and use them to heal themself. Plus how smart they are, the one mushroom "Helvella Lacunosa", has a wrinkled up-saddle grey cap, so at first glance, it looks like clumps of dirt, but in reality, its distinguishing itself , to protect itself. Mushrooms are a delicate but wonderful thing in this world... let's enjoy them.
