A GOOD TEETH BRUSHING AND A GOOD BOOK <3

A good nighttime routine and a good book helps you get into a stable routine that your brain memorizes. it remembers that when you brush your teeth and do other things at night it knows that it's bedtime. It prepares your body by lowering your heart beat and spreading melatonin throughout your body, putting it to sleep. Personally, i love a good book before bed because it relaxes me and makes my arms and eyes tired, but that's just me. Here are some other tips and tricks for a good deep sleep!

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR DEEP SLEEP

  • give yourself time to wind down before getting into bed (by reading, writing, breathing, exercises, etc. )
  • keep your room clean, if your looking at a messy room while trying to sleep you might get stressed or worried, which is not a good combo for deep sleep
  • make a to-do list for the morning/next day, this way you will feel more organized and ready for tomorrow

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR A HAPPY MORNING

  • plan your breakfast the day before, or meal prep for breakfast. So you don't have to stress about it in the morning when your tired
  • make your bed when you wake up, that way you don't have the urge to go back to sleep
  • drink a glass of water when you wake up, because overnight your body becomes very dehydrated. So drinking water will provide you with energy and a clear mind

A happy morning is key to a happy day, week , and life. When you first wake up in the morning, you have the whole day to do the things you enjoy, or tasks you have to complete. So having a good sleep, followed by a happy morning, sets you up to acomplish your goals and have a wonderful day.
